We rang in the new year pretty calmly this year, but have enjoyed every minute of this decade so far. Jamie and I went out on New Year's Eve and loved getting to have some couple time together (a big thanks to my mom and dad for keeping Audrie!). To start off the new year yesterday we thought we'd try something new with Audrie... taking her to a movie. It was honestly pretty fun for us! We took her to see the new Disney movie, Princess and the Frog, and she was SO cute sitting in the theater with her tub of popcorn like she'd done this a million times. (I swear sometimes she's one going on thirteen.)She only made it through about an hour of the movie before she got too restless and we had to leave, but it was still fun. I guess we'll just have to make up our own fairy tale ending to the movie. :)
