i will survive

Hey, thanks everyone for the messages and calls today. I survived round two of tearing myself away from Audrie this morning. (But I do appreciate your love and support!) Actually most of my tears dried by mid-morning and I ended up having a really great day after all. It was really nice to be around the amazing staff I work with- there are some awesome teachers who always liven up our meetings. And going out to lunch with a great group of girls I teach with was an uplifting part of my day and helped take my mind off things. I did have to stand up in a chair in front of the staff this afternoon and help lead a super dorky song- but really the day flew by and I was home by 3:45 playing with Audrie again. I took her for a jog this evening in the jogging stroller so I could have her all to myself and she told me all about how much she missed me today...
