farmer's market

So I thought I was dealing really well this time around with the fact that I have to leave Audrie on Monday to head back to work. But yesterday it suddenly hit me pretty hard and I spent alot of the day in tears. I guess even though I went through this already back in May it still is going to be heartbreaking to be away from her all day. Jamie was nice enough to offer to let me quit my job. But I'll pull myself together. Audrie and I did have a nice morning together yesterday though. We got up early in the morning and headed down to the Fayetteville Farmer's Market. Which is such a fun thing to do (even at 7am). There is so much there to see and hear and... the whole experience is really cool.

I used our new umbrella stroller that we got for Audrie.
She loved it!
I bought some really yummy vegetables and even got a few things I've never heard of to try.
There were lots of dogs and babies.

When we first got there I didn't buy anything- I just got a cup of coffee (Arsaga's has a booth of great coffees and pastries) and made a slow lap around the whole block to check everything out first.
My favorite thing to get there is the beautiful flowers they have. And cheap, too! I bought a bouquet for my desk at school.

Every corner has a different musical group playing all types of music. Audrie was enthralled by each of them. Especially this group that was singing some Johnny Cash. She has good taste in music...!

A nice man saw me taking photos and offered to take one of me and Audrie.
Aside from sleeping in, it was a really nice way to spend a Saturday morning.
