Audrie and I have been spending most afternoons enjoying some sunshine and splashing in the pool. So far it's been a pretty fantastic summer break!
It's so nice because she can stay busy playing in the water forever and I get to lounge in my favorite chair... (
ok, well she kicked me out here)
And the HUGE pool is just perfect size for me to cool off in, too!
I may see if I can swim a few laps in it tomorrow.
It's really odd for us to not have a beach vacation planned this summer, but I'm actually really thrilled to have a whole summer of "nothing". Usually our summer is planned out and goes by way too fast but I'm really excited how unscheduled the next two months are! I already feel like a brand new person. I guess all I needed was a kiddie pool!
